Terms & Conditions – New Mile Tours

Welcome to New Mile Tours. By booking any tour package, car rental, transportation service, or related offering with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.


1. Introduction

New Mile Tours (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates as a travel and transport service provider offering tour packages, car rental services, transfers, and customized travel experiences. These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made through New Mile Tours via website, email, phone, or WhatsApp.

By confirming a reservation, the client (“you,” “traveler,” “customer”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.


2. Booking & Payment Terms

2.1 Tour Packages

  • All tour bookings require a partial advance payment to confirm the reservation.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of services.
  • During peak seasons (e.g., Pushkar Fair, Christmas, New Year, Special Train Journeys), full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Exact advance amount depends on the tour type and proximity to the travel date.

2.2 Accepted Payment Modes

  • International payments: Bank Transfer
  • Domestic payments: Bank transfer, UPI, or other modes approved by New Mile Tours.

2.3 Car Rental & Transport Services

  • Bookings must be fully paid before the start of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Pricing & Inclusions

3.1 Tour Package Pricing

  • Includes services specified in the itinerary such as accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, guides, and meals (if mentioned).
  • Excludes personal expenses, additional meals, tips, and unforeseen surcharges.

3.2 Car Rental Pricing

  • Time and kilometers are calculated garage-to-garage.
  • Services beyond 4 hours are billed under the 80 km / 8 hours package.
  • Toll, parking, and state taxes are included unless stated otherwise.
  • 5% GST applies to all bookings.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

A. Tour Packages

4.1 Cancellation Timeline

Cancellation must be communicated in writing. Charges apply from the date we receive the written request:

  • Up to 60 days before arrival: No cancellation fee
  • 59–45 days before arrival: 10% of total package cost
  • 44–31 days before arrival: 35% of total package cost
  • 30 days or less: 100% of total package cost
  • Minimum 10% service fee applies even if cancelled before 60 days.

4.2 Post-Commencement Cancellation

Refunds once the trip has started depend on recoverable amounts from suppliers. We will try our best to secure refunds for unused services but cannot guarantee them.

4.3 Refunds for Unutilized Services

Refunds will be processed as per cancellation rules and only to the same person who made the payment.


B. Car Rental & Transport Services

4.4 Cancellation Charges

  • 30+ days before departure: 10% of total fare or 1-day charge (whichever is higher)
  • 29–15 days: 25% of total fare or 1-day charge
  • 14–2 days: 50% of total fare or 1-day charge
  • Less than 48 hours or no-show: 100% of total fare

5. Service Conditions: Car Rental & Transport

  1. Time and kilometers are calculated garage-to-garage.
  2. Once the vehicle leaves the garage, full charges apply, even if not used.
  3. If a vehicle breakdown occurs, a replacement will be provided as soon as possible.
  4. If clients hire their own alternate vehicle, charges apply up to the breakdown point.
  5. AC failure compensation cannot exceed 15% of running charges.
  6. Driver rest periods:
    • 15 minutes after 2 hours of continuous driving
    • 15–30 minutes break after 4 hours
  7. Eating or drinking (including alcohol, tea, coffee) while the vehicle is moving is prohibited.
  8. Passenger-caused damages must be compensated in full.
  9. Payments must be cleared within 30 days of invoice. Late payments incur penalties.
  10. Complaints must be raised during the trip—post-trip complaints will not be considered.

6. Check-in / Check-out Policy (for Tour Packages)

  • Check-in: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
  • Check-out: 12:00 PM
  • Early check-in/late check-out depends on hotel availability and may involve extra charges.

7. Liability & Limitations

  • New Mile Tours acts as an agent between clients and hotels, transporters, airlines, and other service providers.
  • We are not liable for:
    • Natural calamities (floods, storms, earthquakes, etc.)
    • Political disturbances or strikes
    • Accidents, injuries, or loss of property
    • Mechanical failures or delays beyond our control
  • Travelers are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
  • All luggage and personal belongings remain your responsibility throughout the trip.

8. Travel Documentation

Clients must carry valid:

  • Passports (for international travelers)
  • Visas (if applicable)
  • Identification documents
  • Necessary permits or medical certificates

New Mile Tours is not responsible for entry denial due to improper documentation.


9. Behavior & Safety

  • Travelers must follow local laws, cultural norms, and safety instructions.
  • Misbehavior, illegal activities, or actions causing discomfort to others may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

10. Changes to Itinerary

  • Minor changes to itineraries may occur due to weather, road conditions, or operational reasons.
  • In such cases, equivalent alternatives will be provided based on availability.

11. Force Majeure

New Mile Tours is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes
  • Epidemics/pandemics
  • Government restrictions
  • Transportation shutdowns

No refunds or compensation will apply under these circumstances.


12. Privacy Policy

  • We collect only necessary information for confirming your booking.
  • Your data will not be shared unless required by law or partner service providers (hotels, drivers, etc.).
  • New Mile Tours follows standard security practices to protect your information.

13. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes arising from bookings or services will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi Courts.
  • All legal matters must be addressed in Delhi, India.
